The $50 fee includes the MBCT/MBSR application form fee and the facilitation mentorship administrative fee for CCMA trainees transferring for CMS to complete mentorship.
The student makes payments for the mentor’s time directly to the mentor. The mentor is responsible for sending the bilingual mentorship agreement and completion forms to [email protected]
