ABOUT ABOUT

Mindfulness practice increases our awareness of the present moment and encourages us to fully experience it as it is. Self-compassion further assists us in bringing greater kindness and understanding to periods of suffering, to be more accepting of our flaws and understanding of our challenges. Self-compassion can help us “get out of our own way” and live up to our greatest potential.

Participants will be introduced to a variety of meditation practices as well as self-reflection exercises and activities. By the end of the program, participants will understand and be able to draw upon methods that foster self-compassion.
