Deepen your mindfulness practice through our free silent retreats.
On a seasonal basis The Centre for Mindfulness Studies opens its doors for a free silent retreat. Join us for a restorative day of yoga, walking meditation and sitting meditation. While a day of silence may seem daunting, silent retreats are a great way to find stillness in the rush of everyday life. Participants who regularly attend silent retreats attest to increasing their insight and self-knowledge.

This is a free event, although donations are appreciated. All donations we collect will benefit our social and bursary programs, helping make mindfulness accessible for those in need.
