Learn mindfulness tools for self-care in this intensive, two-day workshop.
This two-day workshop is for anyone who struggles with anxiety and depressed moods. It is recommended for those that are interested in learning mindfulness tools but unable to commit to the eight-week program. It is also suitable for past participants of the MBCT program who want to increase their knowledge and experience in an intensive setting. We will explore the principles and practices of mindfulness and examine the process of using meditation to work with difficult emotions in our daily lives.
This program will also have a limited number of spots available for health-care professionals pursuing the MBCT Facilitation Certificate who wish to attend the MBCT course as an active participants for professional development purposes.
