$90 payment for a joint facilitation certificate issued by The Centre for Mindfulness Studies and the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto (FIFSW). Joint certificates must be requested by December 15, 2017.
A request form must also be submitted to The Centre for one of the following:
- MBCT Facilitation Certificate (Level 1)
- MBSR Facilitation Certificate (Level 1)
- Advanced MBCT Facilitation Certification (Level 2)
- Advanced MBSR Facilitation Certification (Level 2)
