A lively cocktail fundraiser at the Historic Great Hall
Mindfulness Rocks is a lively cocktail / dance / fundraiser celebrating The Centre for Mindfulness Studies’ award-winning Social Program, which brings mindfulness-based mental health therapies to marginalized and disadvantaged people.
Mingle with and meet our mindfulness masters over some great food and entertainment. The highlight of the night is rocking out and dancing to a unique performance by Baby Come Back, an all-star band of leading Canadian touring and session musicians.
The night features unique and robust culinary tastings, great drinks, special performances include "Canada's next top crooner" Ori Dagan and Nia dance master Martha Randall.
Attending Mindfulness Rocks with your friends and colleagues is a fun and meaningful way to take part in creating solutions that effectively break down economic and social barriers which those most at-risk in our community face when accessing help.
